1. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- You received a wrong product.
- The order was cancelled by us due to unavailability.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as processing begins immediately.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- To be eligible for return and refund, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos as proof.
