1. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- You received a wrong product.
- The order was cancelled by us due to unavailability.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return/refund for damages that occurred during delivery, you must inform us within 12 hours of delivery.
- For a smooth experience, Kindly take a continuous (non-stop) video right from cutting open the courier package, to opening the jewellery box and checking the product for any damage. This will help us assist you smoothly in case of any damage or return request.
