Terms and Condition

* What will be the customised charge?
=> leelaa will never take any charge for colour customised.
* What will be time for deliver the product?
=> As per company’s working days. (7-10 working days)
* How many days in a week company will be work?
=> Working days will be all days except public holiday.
* What will be the time for customer service?
=> Time will be 10 AM to 7 PM.
* Is there any courier open policy?
=> You can open the courier once you will be paid the amount. Also you should not accept the courier if you will receive damage courier.
* Can we change the product once we will be selecting the colour for customised?
=> Only You can cancel the order within a 24 Hours once you will ordered the product.
* Can we change the address once we will be order the product?
=> No.
* What will be the courier acceptance process?
=> You will get OTP on your registered contact number and you have to share the same OTP with courier person. (This T&C is only for online payment and security purpose only)
* What is COD courier process?
=> You need to pay product amount to courier person.
* What is the policy for order cancellation?
=> You can only cancel your order within a 12 Hours once you will be order the product.

* Is there any hidden charge for shipping?
=> No. Shipping will be free.
* How many days will take to receive the order?
=> As per the leelaa working days 7-10 days.
* What should I do if I will receive defective courier?
=> You should not accept or receive the courier.
